TCT在宫颈病变初筛中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)对宫颈癌病变初筛中的应用价值.方法:对7893例患者的TCT结果进行回顾性分析,并对比521例阴道镜下行多点活检的病理切片诊断结果.结果:NILM6890例(87.29%);ASCUS485例(6.14%);LSIL291例(3.69%);HSIL52例(0.66%);鳞癌10例(0.13%);AGC101例(1.28%);腺癌2例(0%).455例病理切片诊断结果为CINI级以上的,ASC.us/Asc.H73.2%(82/112);LSIL86.6%(252/291);HSIL92.3%(CINII19/52,CINIII29/52);总的符合率为85.3%(388/455).结论:在宫颈癌病变初筛中,TCT阳性结果与病理切片诊断结果符合率比较高.
