摘要
沪通铁路是沿海通道的重要组成部分,是上海与江苏北部、上海与山东东部等地区最便捷的铁路运输通道。以满足规划、技术可能、环境可行、工程可靠、投资可控为研究目标,对该段线路功能定位、引入上海枢纽及区间线路走向进行深入研究,经多方案比较后,推荐沪通铁路北起宁启铁路平东站,途经江苏省南通市、苏州所辖的张家港、常熟、太仓、昆山及上海市嘉定区和宝山区,引入既有京沪线安亭站和既有北杨支线杨行站;线路经过杨行站后,跨越黄浦江途经上海市浦东新区和奉贤区;接轨于浦东铁路四团站方案,线路走向满足地方规划要求、站点布设适宜,实施性强。
Shanghai-Nantong Railway is an important part of Coastal Railway Corridor in China;it is the most convenient railway transportation corridor in the regions from Shanghai to the north of Jiangsu Province,and from Shanghai to the east of Shandong Province.This paper studies on functional orientation of this railway section,leading in Shanghai Railway Terminal and sectional railway alignment to meet the requirements of study objectives such as possibility of planning and technology,feasibility of environment,reliability of engineering and controllable investment.Through a multi-scheme comparison,it is recommended that the railway line starts form Pingdong Railway Station of Nanjing-Qidong Railway,via Nantong City of Jiangsu Province,Zhangjiagang City,Changshu City,Taicang City and Kunshan City of Suzhou City,and Jiading District and Baoshan District of Shanghai City,leading in Anting Station of the existing Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Yanghang Station of the existing Beiyang Railway Branch Line;after Yanghang Station,the line crosses the Huangpujiang River,via New Pudong District and Fengxian District of Shanghai City,and then connects with Situan Railway Station of Pudong Railway.This railway alignment can meet the requirements of local planning,and it has the characteristics of suitable station layout and strong feasibility of implementation.
