摘要
目的发掘提高卫生人才队伍素质着手点,提出针对性强、科学可行的建议。方法将有关社区卫生人才队伍相关调查数据进行统计描述。结果安徽省社区卫生人员整体学历层次不高,以初、中级职称为主,79.8%的卫生技术人员愿意继续留在社区卫生服务机构工作。结论社区卫生人才数量充足,内部结构需进一步改善。
OBJECTIONS Explore entry point of improving the quality of health professionals to put forward strong scientific and practical recommendations.METHODS Make the statistical description using the survey data related to community health personnel.RESULTS Aauhui Province Community health Personnel education level is not high.Most of them are low and middle level academic personals.79.8% of health professionals are willing to remain in the work of community health services.CONCLUSIONS The number of community health professionals is sufficient,and the internal structure need to be further improved.
