摘要
针对大型灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组导水机构尺寸比较大,安装过程中极易发生吊装变形问题,结合桥巩水电站特大型灯泡贯流式水电站机组导水机构安装方法,提出两个创新工艺:第一,将导水机构的装配与现场安装两个步骤分离,先将导水机构预装,再整体吊装。第二,将安装定位架与导水机构内、外环连接,既控制了内、外环轴向位移,又控制了内、外环径向位移和变形。这样不仅大大减少吊装变形,还减少了现场安装的耗时。
In accordance with the problem from the lifting deformation on the distributor of super-large bulb turbine unit during the installation due to its larger size, two new installation technologies are put forward herein in combination with the method for the installation of the distributor of the super-large bulb turbine unit in Qiaogong Hydropower Station ; i.e. ( 1 ) separating the installation into two steps of preassembly and site installation respectively, with which the distributor is preassembled at first and then is integrally lifted and installed; (2) the positioning rack for the installation is connected to the outer ring and the inner ring of the distributor and then the axial displacements, radial displacements and deformations of rings are all controlled. In this way, not only the lifting deformation of the distributor is largely reduced, but the time-consumption of the site installation concerned is also decreased.
