摘要
太钢4350m3高炉2010年2月28日因为炉顶中心喉管膨胀节跑煤气造成非计划休风18 h 50min。此次送风恢复过程中视炉热水平,轻负荷料下达位置及炉况接受情况分3个阶段进行风量和富氧量的恢复。同时,通过适量多补充喷煤量,用足风温和安排合理的炉前作业等,实现了炉况的成功快速恢复。
4350m3 blast furnace of TISCO blown down for 18h and 50min without plan on Feb.28,2010,because the expansion joint in roof center pipe run gas.With a view to metal temperature,low burden load,s point of blast furnace and conditions of blast furnace,the blast rate and oxygen enrichment value were restored through 3 steps.The furnace conditions recovered successfully with more coal,enough blast temperature and reasonable operation of cast house,etc.
