摘要
目的建立灵龙感冒胶囊中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(20︰80);检测波长:272 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:35℃。结果龙胆苦苷在0.32～4.01μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.83%,RSD=0.34%(n=6)。结论本方法简便快捷、可靠性高、分离度较好,可作为灵龙感冒胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of gentiopicroside in Linglong Cold Capsule. Methods HPLC was used with Diamonsil C18 Column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-water（20∶80）.Detection wavelength was set at 272 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear range of gentiopicroside was 0.32-4.01μg（r=0.9999）, and the average recovery was 99.83%with RSD of 0.34%（n=6）.Conclusions The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Linglong Cold Capsule.
