壳聚糖富含羟基和氨基,通过改性可以得到特定的功能高分子。本文总结了壳聚糖改性的研究进展,主要介绍了它的结构、理化性质、改性方法和应用,展望了壳聚糖改性研究的发展趋势。
Chitosan contains hydroxyl group and amino group in its unit structure,and a special kind of polar polymer could be obtained by introduction of same group.The general structures,physicochemical properties, modification methods and the applications were described.The future development of study on modification of chitosan was proposed.
