摘要
通过发动机台架试验,在一台ZH1115直喷式柴油机上直接燃用小桐子油,进行了喷油、燃烧以及排放试验.主要测量在标定转速为2 200 r.min-1和最大转矩转速为1 760 r.min-1下的不同负荷的缸内燃烧压力、油管泵端压力以及NOx排放和烟度排放,并与燃用柴油时进行了对比分析.结果表明:小桐子油与柴油相比,相同工况时,柴油机燃用小桐子油的油管压力上升较快;油管压力峰值、气缸燃烧压力峰值、最大压力升高率较大,且各自对应的相位相对提前;转速一定时,随着负荷的增加,油管压力峰值、燃烧压力峰值以及NOx排放和烟度排放呈上升趋势;NOx排放和烟度排放在中、高负荷下,改善明显.
The cylinder pressure, the pressure in fuel injection pipe near pump, NOx and soot emissions of ZH1115 direct injection diesel engine fueled with pure Jatropha curcas oil were measured under different loads at the rated speed (2 200 r · mix^-1 ) and maximum torque speed ( 1 760 r · mix^-1) on engine test bench. Compared with engine which fueled with diesel fuel, the pressure in fuel injection pipe of engine which fueled with Jatropha curcas oil increases quicker with higher maximum pressure in fuel injection pipe and cylinder and with higher maximum cylinder pressure rising rate. Moreover, their corresponding phases appear ahead. As the load increases, the maximum cylinder pressure, the maximum cylinder pressure rising rate, NOx and soot emissions enhance obviously. NOx and soot emissions decrease markedly under middle and high loads.
