摘要
目的:观察调理升降中药配合西药治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将35例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用调理升降中药慢性肾衰,12周后观察血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),血红蛋白(Hb)和症状积分情况,并作治疗前后的疗效比较。结果:治疗12周后症状体征积分为(14.343±8.080)分、BUN(18.411±7.526)mol/L、Scr(392.45±192.26)mol/L、分别低于治疗前的(22.057±8.366)分、(21.237±9.119)mol/L和(428.07±199.57)mol/L(t=5.756,P<0.05;t=3.235,P<0.05;t=3.353,P<0.05);而Ccr(23.346±15.532)mL/min、Hb(102.000±17.592)g/L分别高于治疗前(21.017±13.894)mL/min、(94.600±15.953)g/L(t=-3.597,P<0.05;t=-6.101,P<0.05);均有明显统计学意义。治疗后总有效率为80%。结论:调理升降中药配合西药治疗慢性肾衰疗效肯定,是提高患者生活质量的有效方法。
Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine of recuperating the ascerding-descending and western medicine therapy on chronic renal failure（CRF）of early and metophase.Methods：35 patients with chronic renal failure patients of early and metaphase were treated with Western medicine plus Chinese medicine of recuperating the ascerding-descending.The serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitro-gen（BUN）,endogenous creatinine clearance（Ccr）,hemoglobin（Hb）,Symptom scores changes and effects were observed after 12 weeks.Results：After treatment of 12 weeks,the level of symptoms and signs integral（14.343±8.080）points,BUN（18.411±7.526）mol/L and Scr（392.45±192.26）mol/L were lower respectively than before treatment（22.057±8.366） points,（21.237±9.119）mol/L and（428.07±199.57）mol/L（t=5.756,P0.05;t=3.235,P0.05;t=3.353,P0.05）;Ccr（23.346±15.532）ml/min and Hb（102.000±17.592） g/L were higher respectively than before treatment（21.017±13.894）ml/min and（94.600±15.953） g/L（t=-3.597,P0.05;t=-6.101,P0.05;）;All comparisons are statistically significant（P0.05）.the total efficiency is 80% after treatment.Conclusion：Treatment method of Chinese medicine of recuperating the ascerding-descending and western medicine therapy on chronic renal failure（CRF）of early and metaphase has certain effect,and can improve the life quality of patients with an effective way.
