摘要
目的:探索血脂异常的中医病机和治疗思路。方法:在600例血脂异常中医证候规范化、标准化研究的基础上运用现代统计学的方法为血脂异常中医病机的总结提供证据,并根据病机提出治疗思路。结果:血脂异常的中医病机以脾肾两虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标,确立治则以补肾健脾为主且尤以补肾为先,化痰活血为辅。讨论:运用循证医学的研究方法,以统计数据为依据而总结的中医病机和治疗思路更具有科学价值和临床实用价值。
Objective：To explore the TCM pathogenesis and treatment ideas on dyslipidemia.Methods：The evidence is provided for TCM pathogenesis of dyslipidemia by the standardization and standardization of TCM symptom of 600 cases.And the treatment ideas are put forward also by the pathogenesis.Results：The root of dyslipidemia is spleen and kidney deficiency and its symptom is phlegm and blood stasis.The main therapeutic method is reinforcing kidney and tonifying spleen,in which reinforcing kidney comes first,blood-promoting and phlegm-dissipating come second.Conclusion：Based on statistical data,TCM pathogenesis and treatment ideas with more scientific value and clinical value are summarized by evidence-based medical research method.
