摘要
目的:探讨紫舌与病位证素的相关性,促进中医诊断规范化的发展。方法:对7680例当代名医医案、1018例临床病例中紫舌与病位证素的关系进行研究,并用双层频权剪叉算法计算出紫舌对病位证素的诊断权值。结果:心、肝、肺不仅是在紫舌病例中出现频率较高的病位证素,紫舌对它们的诊断权值也是最高。结论:病位证素中,紫舌与心、肝、肺的关系较为密切。
Objective：To explore the relationship between yellow tongue coating and syndrome elements of disease locations so as to help promote the standardization of TCM diagnoses.Methods：We collected 7680 cases recorded by contemporary famous doctors and 1018 other clinical cases,from which the relationship between yellow tongue coating and syndrome elements of disease locations were analyzed;we also estimated the relative importance of yellow tongue coating in identifying syndrome elements of disease locations using the algorithm of double levels of frequency and weight.Results：In all cases involving purple tongue,the liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney were syndrome elements of disease locations that most frequently occurred;and yellow tongue coating was the most important symptom to identify these elements.Conclusion：Relatively close relationships exist between yellow tongue coating and the liver,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney.
