水化热及入模温度对灌注桩回冻过程影响的研究 被引量:16

REFROZEN PROCESS OF CAST-IN-PLACE PILES CONSIDERING THE INFLUENCE OF MOLDING TEMPERATURE AND HYDRATION HEAT

摘要 以传热学为基础,给出冻土地区桩基温度场的二维控制微分方程及初始边界条件。结合试桩工程实例,建立二维数值模型,采用数值方法求解,计算值与实测值吻合较好,研究了成桩后由于混凝土水化热作用对冻土的热扰动以及这种热扰动的消散规律,讨论了入模温度和总水化热对回冻过程的影响,分析结果表明:混凝土水化热对地温的热扰动是一个长期的过程,随着回冻时间的增大而减小;混凝土入模温度和总水化热对回冻时间有一定影响,前者影响较大,后者影响较小。 Based on the heat transfer theory,the plane differential equation and initial boundary conditions of the temperature field of pile foundation in the cold region are presented.Taking the test pile engineering for example,the numerical model of plane was established.The results solved by the numerical model method and the measured values were shown to be in good agreement.The action of hydration heat of concrete to the frozen soil,and the dissipation law of the heat effect were studied,and the influence of molding temperature and total hydration heat on the process of the refrozen were discussed.The conclusions are as follows: the influence of hydration heat of concrete on ground temperature is a long-term,and weakens with the increasing of the refrozen time.Molding temperature and total hydration heat of the concrete influence the process of the refrozen,and the former has more influence than the latter.
