摘要
概述了我国"十一五"时期煤炭行业安全生产工作取得的成效,对现阶段煤矿安全发展形势作出了分析,提出了深化安全生产的对策:要抓住安全生产的历史机遇,从改造落后小煤矿、加大对重大地质灾害科研力度、加快煤矿井下安全避险"六大系统"建设、继续加强煤矿安全基础管理和继续深化煤矿安全文化建设等6个方面着手。
The safe production achievements of Chinese coal industries obtained in 11th Five-year plan period were summarized.Based on the analysis of current safety and development situation in coal mines,the countermeasures were proposed for deepening the safe production,namely to grasp the historical opportunity in the safe production,to rebuild small coal mine falling behind,to strengthen scientific research on major geological hazards,to speedup the construction of ＂six systems＂ for safety refuge in the coal mine,to continuously strengthen the safety infrastructure management and to deepen the construction of safety culture in coal mines.
