摘要
针对临涣矿7118运输巷大断面的特点,提出采用高强锚网索支护方案。矿压观测表明:顶板锚索可以大幅度提高支护承载结构的支护强度和结构稳定性,起到关键的结构补偿作用;围岩变形主要以浅部0~1 m范围剪胀变形为主,变形总量不大,没有产生离层;锚杆在承载过程中除受拉应力外,还受压应力作用,主要以拉应力为主;锚杆杆体受力全部在杆体屈服载荷以下;在掘进影响后期,受浅部围岩变形的影响,锚杆的托锚力和杆体轴力存在卸载-加载现象,但最后都可以使锚杆(索)恢复到较高的承载状态。
Aiming the characteristics of the large section at the 7118 machine lane of Linhuan Mine,the high strength steel mesh and anchor roadway support technology has been used.The good supporting effect of the program was verified through analysis of pressure observation.Obtained through analysis of pressure observation,roof anchor can be greatly improved the supporting strength and structural stability at the bearing structure strata,it can play a key role in the structure of compensation.Mainly in the shallow rock deformation 0 ~ 1m dilatancy deformation in the range,not the total deformation,the basic separation did not produce.In addition to bolt in the process of carrying tensile stress,but also compression stress,but most of the main tensile stress;bolt rod all the force yield load in the rod Below.Tunneling effect in the latter part of the shallow rock deformation by the impact of trust anchor bolt axial force rod there and unload-load the phenomenon,but in the end can make bolt(cable) to return to the higher load condition.
