摘要
本文阐述了在我国推行多年的设备定期计划预防修理制的原理依据及其局限性。通过对几种现代设备管理方式的对比,对设备点检制实质与特征的讨论,对烟台港生产性质及其深化改革形势的分析,论证了在烟台港进行设备点检制试点研究的必要性。并通过试点结果的分析,证实了在烟台港推行设备点检制的可行性。
This paper describes the principle and the similation of the system of scheduled maintenance and regular for the equipment, which has been used for years in our country. Comparing it with some kinds of modern management, the paper discusses the characteristics and essentials of the system and, through the analysis of the reform and production situation in Yanyai, explores the necessity of the Daily Inspection System. The feasibility of practising the system in Yantai is comfirmed through experimental results.
