摘要 目的:探讨沙盘治疗对适应性障碍女大学生的治疗效果。过程:通过问题呈现阶段、斗争对抗阶段、转化成长阶段、治愈整合阶段四个阶段的心理治疗,来访者的沙盘从"退缩、迷茫、自我、偏激"为主题特征转化为"依赖、转机、和谐、幸福"为主题特征。结论:沙盘治疗对适应性障碍女大学生有良好的治疗效果,可为类似案例提供借鉴。 This thesis aims to discuss about the effects of the sand table treatment towards the female college students who are undergoing the process of adaptation to the college life.This psychological treatment consists of four stages,namely the stage where problems arise,the stage where rebellions occur,the stage where transformations begin,and the stage where symptoms disappear.During the process,the clients undergo a transformation from being "timid,confused,self-centered and radical" to being "reliable,positive,harmonious and happy".It is concluded that the sand table treatment is effective for the female college students to recover from the situation where they have problems to adjust themselves,which can be conductive for colleges to refer to and consult that have the similar cases.
