摘要
目的观察生物衬垫式湿润疗法在宫颈环形电切术(1oop electrical excision procedure,LEEP)后对创面愈合、预防术后出血的临床效果。方法选择因宫颈病变需作LEEP的患者120例,随机分成两组,采用速敷特壳聚糖抗菌膜(Cervical antibiosis membrane of Soffter-TM and Chitosan)局部用药者60例作为治疗组,LEEP术后自然修复60例作为对照组。结果治疗组阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间、阴道流液、创面愈合时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物衬垫式湿润疗法具有减少创面感染、渗出、出血和促进LEEP后创面愈合的作用。
Objective To observe the effect on moist therapy of biological padding after Loop electrical excision procedure（LEEP）.Methods Totally 120 cases with cervical lesions were chosen and divided into moist therapy group with Cervical antibiosis membrane of Soffter-TM and Chitosan in 60 cases and control group in 60 cases recovered without any treatment after LEEP.Results The amount and persistence time of colporrhagia,the time of vaginal effluent and wounds healing in moist therapy group were shorter than those in control group that the difference was significant（P0.05）.Results The moist therapy of biological padding after LEEP has the advantage on reducing the infected,exudation,hemorrhage on surface of wound and promoting wound healing.
