二、三维超声诊断宫内节育器异位的临床价值 被引量:8

Clinical significance of two and three-dimensional Ultrasound for the diagnosis of malposed intrauterine device

摘要 目的探讨二、三维超声在诊断宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)异位成像中的临床价值。方法采用表面及透明成像方法,对46例二维超声检查诊断或怀疑IUD异位的病例,进行三维超声成像检查,比较二、三维图像对IUD异位的诊断率及完整显示率并与手术结果对比。结果二维超声对IUD异位的确诊率为80.43%(37/46),三维超声为95.65%(44/46);二维超声对IUD异位的完整显示率为45.65%(21/46),三维超声为95.65%(44/46)。所有确诊病例均得到手术证实。2例二、三维超声均不能确诊和完整显示。结论三维超声对IUD异位的诊断率及完整显示率均高于二维超声,具有广阔的应用前景。 Objective To discuss clinical value of two and three-dimensional ultrasound for the diagnosis of malposed intrauterine device.Methods Forty-six patients suspected or diagnosed as intrauterine device malposed by two-dimensional ultrasound(2D US) were examined by three-dimensional ultrasound(3D US) that 3D images were reconstructed with the method of surface and transparent mode.The diagnosis rate and detection rate was compared with 2D and 3D images.The data of ultrasonic observations and the surgical findings were analyzed and compared.Results Among 46 cases,the diagnosis rate was 80.4% and detection rate was 45.7% by 2D US,on the other hand,as to 3D US,there were 95.7% and 95.7%.2 cases were missed diagnosis both by 2D US and 3D US.The finding of operation was consistent with the results of 3D US.All the cases were confirmed by the operation.Conclusion The diagnosis rate and detection rate of intrauterine device malposed can be increased greatly after 3D US that it could be applied widely.
