摘要
利用ADMS大气污染扩散模式对西宁市高新技术产业园区规划方案拟建项目污染源对市区环境空气质量的影响进行模拟,分析了基础资料的选取、方案设定及比选。结果表明该河谷地带受地形影响表现出全年逆温天数多,逆温层较厚,不利于污染物扩散的特征。地形对园区污染物在主导风向下由北川河河谷扩散至湟水河河谷地带有一定的影响,区域水平和垂直方向上形成非常特殊的风场和温度场。通过污染扩散模拟结果表明:两个方案的调整对西宁市环境空气的影响差别不大。该园区优选规划方案实施后,区内污染物对西宁市市区有一定的贡献,但贡献率较小。受地面风向的影响,夏季各污染物对市区的贡献较冬季大。规划总体上不会影响市区环境空气质量,市区环境空气质量将保持在良好水平。
In terms of ADMS Air pollution dispersion model,effects upon ambient air of the pollution source which come from the proposed project of High-tech industrial park in Xining was simulated.The selection of basis data and the design of methods were analysed.The results showed that the days of temperature inversion were more,the size was thicker in this region and it maked against pollution dispersion.The terrain affected pollutant dispersion from Beichuan river valley to Huangshui river valley in prevailing wind,the wind field and temperature field of horizontal and vertical were particular in this region.The results of pollution dispersion showed that there was a little difference between the two readjustment plans affecting Xining air quality.The pollution of preferred plan in the region has impacted to the city,but the effect was little.Pollutants affected the city greater in winter than in summer.As a whole,the ambient air quality was not affected and the ambient air remained the good level.
