摘要
本论文通过对压力、位移监测系统在缸盖导管阀座压装中的应用分析,介绍了其在压装设备中的工作原理,说明了设计过程中注意的几点事项及关键技术。并阐述了压力位移检测系统提高工件装配质量的广泛意义。最后说明了压力、位移监测系统的发展趋势以及该技术对国内其他装配制造业的延伸应用及意义。
This paper introduces the analysis and working principle of pressure and position monitoring system applied to guide and valve press for cylinder head, and introduces the know-how required to be careful while engineering. Meanwhile, it shows the extensive meaning that pressure and position testing system improves the quality of installation. At last, it presents developing trend of pressure and position monitoring system, and extensive application ＆ meaning of the technology applied in other assembly industries domestically.
