摘要
本文以促进中俄两国贸易投资便利化、方便涉外企业"走出去"为目标,从人民币跨境流通的相关理论入手,在分析了国内外关于货币计价、货币替代、最优货币区等学说的基础上,给出了人民币跨境流通的定性分析;再通过构建回归模型,对影响中俄间人民币跨境流通的因素进行了相关性测度,并做出了相应的定量分析;最后,结合理论与实证研究的结论,有针对性的提出了推进人民币跨境流通的对策与建议。
In view of the relevant theories of RMB cross-border circulation, currency pricing, currency substitution and optimum currency areas, etc. , the paper firstly conducts the qualitative analysis of RMB cross-border flow and then by constructing the regression model, measures the related impact factors of cross-border flows between China and Russia, and also makes the corresponding quantitative analysis. Finally, according to the findings of this theoretical and empirical research, the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting cross-border circulation of RMB.
