摘要
关于林业发展的经济环境协调优化问题的研究,东北林区是以森林资源为主的特殊区域,针对林区的经济环境构成是一个复杂系统,实现林区协调发展是振兴东北林区经济的关键。利用系统动力学因果反馈特点,在分析东北林区经济与环境系统结构的基础上,提出构建东北林区经济环境系统的模型,以伊春市经济环境系统为例进行仿真分析。仿真结果显示,仅采取单一政策,系统变化不明显,将"科技投入占财政支出比例"和"投资比例"同时增加0.5%,林区经济环境系统达到相对最优发展状态。
Northeast Forest region is a special area-based forest resource.Its economy and environment is a complex system.Coordinated development of forest areas is the key to economic revitalization of the Northeast forests.Based on analyzing the system structure of forestry industry economy and environment,the article developed a systems dynamics model in regional forestry economy and environment.Taking the forestry economic system of Yinchun area as an example and based on structure analysis,a SD model was built for testing and analysis.The results wese as follow: when "the proportion of total financial expenditure for forestry science and technology" and "investment ratio" increased by 0.5%,the system would reach its optimal state.
