摘要
目的 探讨胆囊良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声分别测量２１ 例胆囊癌和１４５ 例胆囊良性疾病的ＣＤＦＩ半定量，Ｖｐ，ＰＩ和ＲＩ。结果 胆囊癌组的ＣＤＦＩ半定量，Ｖｐ，ＰＩ和ＲＩ均高于对照组（Ｐ均＜０－００１）。结论 通过测定ＣＤＦＩ半定量，Ｖｐ，ＰＩ和ＲＩ有助于胆囊癌的早期诊断和鉴别诊断。
Purpose Study the differentiation between the malignant and the benign GB disease.Methods By measuring through color Doppler flow Imaging (CDFI) the semi quantity of CDFI,Vp,PI and RI in the 21 cases of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder(PGC) and 145 cases of benign disease of the gallbladder.Results The semi quantityy of CDFI,Vp,PI and RI in the PGC group are all higher than those of the benign Gb disease group.Conclusion The results suggest that measuring the semi quantity of CDFI Vp,PI and RI helps the differentiation and early stage diagnosis of PGC. [
