摘要
以三嵌段共聚物P123(聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷(PEO-PPO-PEO))为模板,在强酸性(1.6 mol/L HCl)条件下,水热合成了棒状二维六方有序介孔材料SBA-15。粒径棒长约1~1.5μm,直径为400~500 nm,平均孔径5.8 nm,BET比表面积799 m2/g。并用合成的SBA-15作为正相高效液相色谱固定相,在以正己烷/乙醚(97∶3,V/V)为流动相,流速为2.0 mL/min的条件下成功地将α-,β-,γ-,δ-生育酚,α-,δ-生育三烯酚混合物基线分离。
Mesoporous SBA-15(Stanta Barbara amorphous) silica particles were prepared in strong acidic conditions(1.6 mol/L HCl) with triblock copolymer Pluronic P123(poly(ethyleneglycol)-block-poly(propyleneglycol)-block-poly(ethyleneglycol)) as templating agent.Characterization result shows it has highly ordered hexagonal mesoporous running along the same direction,extremely narrow pore size distribution(5.8 nm) and high surface areas(799 m2/g).The SBA-15 particles were successfully applied for the normal phase chromatography separation of six Vitamin E isomers(mobile phase,n-hexane/ether(97/3,V/V);flow-rate,2.0 mL/min).The results shows that α-,β-,γ-,δ-tocotrierols and α-,β-tocotrienols are base line separated.
