摘要
穴蚀是影响柴油发动机湿式气缸套寿命的重要因素之一,是零件表面出现的一种剥落损坏现象。特点是局部区域出现麻点,针孔,严重时成聚集的蜂窝状的孔穴群。柴油发动机湿式气缸套穴蚀是由于机械,化学,电化学共同作用的结果,当液体中含有杂质或磨料时,会加速破坏,用减弱机械,化学,电化学的作用,可减轻和防止湿式气缸套穴蚀的产生。
Cavitation is an important factor in life for the wet cylinder liners of diesel engines and part of a surface phenomenon of spalling damage.Local area is characterized by pitting occurs,pinhole,serious aggregation of honeycomb into a hole group.Wet cylinder liners of diesel engine cavitation is due to mechanical,chemical,electrochemical interaction results when the liquid containing impurities or abrasive,it will speed up the damage,with less mechanical,chemical,electrochemical effect,reduce and prevent wet cylinder sets of cavitation generation.
