摘要
目的探讨有效的颅内动脉瘤夹闭或栓塞术后随访检查方法,总结术后护理经验,从而提高患者的生存质量。方法将深圳市宝安区人民医院2009年6月至2010年10月期间经过直接开颅手术夹闭或通过血管内介入治疗的24例颅内动脉瘤患者,进行数字减影血管造影和三维CT血管造影随访检查,并进行图像的对比分析。结果经过随访护理,检查发现有23例动脉瘤夹的位置显示良好,有1例出现伪影;所有患者载瘤动脉近端和远端均通畅良好,未发现瘤体残留。结论三维CT血管造影技术适合颅内动脉瘤夹闭或栓塞术后随访,做好术后护理可促进患者康复。
Objective To discuss an effective,convenient and safe follow-up method of aneurysm clipping or embolization treatment.Summarize the postoperative nursing experience to improve quality life of patients.Methods 24 intracranial aneurysm patients through direct craniotomy surgery or endovascular interventional treatment were followed up by DSA and 3D-CTA,and then taken comparative analysis of images.Results Through the follow-up nursing,locations of 23 aneurysms were well visualized,but one clip was not shown clearly.All the proximal and distal segments were unobstructed good,and no remnant domes of the clipped aneurysms were found.Conclusion 3D-CTA imaging technology is suitable for the follow-up of the intracranial aneurysm clipping or embolization treatment,and good nursing after operation can promote the recovery of patients.
