摘要
在皮带的边缘安装光电传感器来监控皮带的跑偏,一旦发现皮带跑偏发出报警,提醒操作人员及时停机进行调整。将原来的手动调节机构改为电动调节机构,提升了调节的精确性及方便性。
The photoelectric sensor is installed at the edge of the belt to monitor the belt deviation so the operator could be alerted when the belt is deviated.The original manual adjustment mechanism is substitute by electric adjusting mechanism so the accuracy and convenience of the adjusting mechanism is enhanced.
