摘要
文章合成了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二氯吡啶)三氮烯(NPDBPDT),探索了其合成、分离及提纯方法,并用紫外、红外确定了其结构。研究了NPDBPDT与Pb(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液(pH10.0)介质中,NPDBPDT与Pb(Ⅱ)进行显色反应,生成12的有色络合物,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为λmax=640nm,在0~10μg·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律。ε=1.61×105(L·mol-1·cm-1)该法用于环境水样痕量Pb(Ⅱ)的分析,与原子吸收(AAS)分光光度法进行比较,结果满意。
The research synthesized the 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-(3,5-dibromo pyridyl) triazene (NPDBPDT),explored the methods of its synthesis,separation and purification,and made its structure certain with ultraviolet radiation and infrared.Meanwhile the chromogenic reaction of NPDBPDT and Pb (Ⅱ) was studied.The chromogenic reaction of NPDBPDT and Pb (Ⅱ) was conducted in NH 3-NH 4 Cl buffer (pH 10.0) medium,generating a 1:2 non-ferrous metals complex.The longest absorption wavelength of the colored liquor is 601nm (λmax),and it conforms to Beer Law in the range of 0 ~ 0.10 μg·mL-1.The method of ε=1.62×10 5 (L·mol-1 ·cm-1) is used in the analysis of the Trace Pb(Ⅱ) in environmental water,got the satisfactory result comparing with the AAS spectrophotography.
