香蕉枯萎病拮抗菌的鉴定及香蕉组培袋装苗防病试验 被引量:5

Identification of a Strain of Antagonistic Bacterium against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense and Control Experiment of Bagged Seedlings in vitro

摘要 采用平板对峙法比较海南省土壤中分离到的5株对香蕉枯萎病有较强拮抗作用细菌,并进行形态特征及16S rDNA序列鉴定。结果表明,菌株S40为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。不同浓度S40的发酵滤液均可抑制病原菌菌丝生长、孢子萌发和生长。该拮抗菌发酵液可明显推迟组培袋装香蕉苗发病和死亡,不同处理的相对防治效果均大于70%。 Five strains of Bacillus subtilis showing strong antagonistic effect against banana wilt disease were isolated from soils of rubber plantations by means of Flat Confrontation method. Morphologic characters and 16S rDNA sequences showed that S40 strain was Bacillus subtilis. Different concentrations of fermentation filtrates of S40 showed inhibitory effects on myeelia growth and spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum. Application of S40 fermentation filtrates significantly delayed the outbreak of banana wilt disease and' time of death of bagged seedlings. The control effect of the three different applications were 71.2%,83.3% and 92.4% respectively.
