金柑流胶病致病菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 从金柑流胶病株上分离纯化得到5株真菌,编号为JG1、JG2、JG3J、G4、JG5,观察其形态特征,测定其致病性并进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定。结果发现,5株真菌致病程度不同,JG4孢子悬浮液处理发病最重,JG1处理发病最轻。JG2、JG3、JG4属于链格孢Alternaria sp.,JG1属于叶点霉Phyllosticta sp.,JG5属于镰孢霉Fusariumsp.。 Five fungi, JG1.JG2.JG3.JG4 and JG5 were isolated from Kumquat plants w,th gummosis disease. Their morphological characters were observed and their pathogenicity was detected. Results showed these strains varied in their pathogenicity, and the least pathogenic isolate was JG1 while the most pathogenic isolate was JG4. JG2.JG3 and JC-4 belong to Alternaria sp. ; JG1 and JG5 belong to Phyllosticta sp. and Fusarium sp. , respectively according to morphological and molecular analysis.
