摘要
基于螺旋式搅拌器结构特殊性,针对ANSYS中不能直接利用已有的命令建立螺旋式搅拌器实体模型问题,通过对ANSYS软件中APDL语言与宏技术组织管理的研究,利用其前处理模块中的实体造型功能及二次开发工具APDL、UIDL,定义了螺旋式搅拌器的几何特征参数,通过在参数文件中输入参数,进而在ANSYS中读入程序,实现了螺旋式搅拌器的参数化建模。不仅提高了此类模型的建模效率,也为螺旋类搅拌器的参数化实体建模提供了一种有效的方法,同时也为后续的静力学和动力分析提供方便。
Based on structural specificity of helix agitator,aiming at the geometric parameters of helix agitator being not constructed directly by the existed orders of ANSYS,the geometric parameters of helixl agitator are defined by ANSYS modeling function in preprocessor along with the inner developed tools of APDL and UIDL,after researching of APDL language and organizational management of the macro technology of the ANSYS software.By inputting relevant parameters in the parameter file and reading in program in ANASYS,the parametric modeling for the helical agitator is achieved.The method not only enhances the modeling efficiency,but also offers an efficient reference for similar problems,which can provide convenience for further static and dynamic analysis.
