摘要
针对某型电动喷枪存在噪声过大的问题,通过声压测试实验对电动喷枪5个工况下的A计权声压级进行分析,并对空载情况下的整枪1/3倍频程谱进行分析,得出壳体振动是产生电动喷枪噪声的主要原因。并将各噪声源分离出来,从而提出通过改变壳体结构减少振动的方法来降噪。
The identification of acoustic source accurately is a fundamental problem in controlling noise produced by electric spray gun.This paper presented an approach to noise source identification by analyzing A-weight pressure level under five different working conditions and one-third octave bands spectrum under no-load condition.The ranking of the noise sources was obtained on the basis of their individual contribution to the overall noise.The results show that the main noises source is the vibrations of the shell,accordingly,the noise of electric spray gun can be rapid reducing by improving the structure of shell.
