摘要
目的：研究白矾与其炮制品枯矾FTIR指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法：利用傅里叶变换红外分析仪,分别测定白矾与其炮制品枯矾的红外光谱图谱。结果：在400~4000 cm-1间,白矾与枯矾的红外吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形和峰强等,存在明显差异,可作为白矾与枯矾的重要区别。结论：本方法快速准确,操作简便,专属性强,且谱峰显著,可为白矾与枯矾的鉴别提供红外光谱的鉴别指标。
Objective：To distinguish between alum and calcined alum by IR fingerprints.Method：Alum and calcined alum were measured with the FTIR spectrometer.Result：In 400-4000 cm-1,alum was obviously differentiated from calcined alum in the peak number,wave number,peak shape and peak intensity of the FTIR spectra.Conclusion：FTIR has many advantages such as rapid identification,convenient and accurate operation,exclusive methods,and then FTIR spectra can be an important methods distinguishing alum from calcined alum.
