摘要
目的:研究白矾与其炮制品枯矾FTIR指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法:利用傅里叶变换红外分析仪,分别测定白矾与其炮制品枯矾的红外光谱图谱。结果:在400~4000 cm-1间,白矾与枯矾的红外吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形和峰强等,存在明显差异,可作为白矾与枯矾的重要区别。结论:本方法快速准确,操作简便,专属性强,且谱峰显著,可为白矾与枯矾的鉴别提供红外光谱的鉴别指标。
Objective:To distinguish between alum and calcined alum by IR fingerprints.Method:Alum and calcined alum were measured with the FTIR spectrometer.Result:In 400-4000 cm-1,alum was obviously differentiated from calcined alum in the peak number,wave number,peak shape and peak intensity of the FTIR spectra.Conclusion:FTIR has many advantages such as rapid identification,convenient and accurate operation,exclusive methods,and then FTIR spectra can be an important methods distinguishing alum from calcined alum.
