摘要
采用平面波展开法,数值计算了铁圆柱正方排列在氧化铕基底材料中组成的二维磁振子晶体带结构,讨论了体积填充率f对带隙结构的影响,第1带隙在f=0.6处最大,最大宽度ΔΩ=2.366,第2带隙在f=0.7处最大,最大宽度ΔΩ=7.153.所得结果与已有文献中的结果存在一定的差异,收敛性检验表明,这主要是由于该文献的数值计算结果收敛程度不够好所造成的.
In this paper,the band structures of two-dimensional magnonic crystal consisting Fe cylinder squarely arrayed in EuO matrix are calculated by using the plane wave-expansion method.The effect of the filling fraction of cylinder on the band gap is discussed,and the numerical results show that the largest gap of the first and the second full band gaps appear in the volume of filling rate f=0.6 and f=0.7,respectively.The obtained results are different from those in the reference paper,and this is because that the previous numerical results is not enough convergent.
