摘要
为优化煤泥的分选,提高赵庄选煤厂的煤泥浮选效果,采用改变浮选条件和加药制度对赵庄选煤厂煤泥进行了试验研究。结果表明:不同浮选条件对其浮选效果作用明显,在矿浆浓度为80 g/L时,捕收剂用量为1 000 g/t、起泡剂用量为120 g/t时,精煤产率高灰分低;分段添加捕收剂可以不同程度提高精煤产率,5∶5的效果较理想;煤油的捕收性能好。
For the coal slime concentration and improve the flotation effect of Zhaozhuang coal preparation plant,flotation parameters and reagents addition scheme were investigated through experiment.The results indicates that flotation recovery of Zhaozhuang coal is enhanced remarkably through optimization of flotation parameters and reagent addition,yield of clean coal reached to its maximum with a relative low ash when the solid concentration is 80 g/L,the collector dosage is 1 000 g/t and the frother is 120 g/t.it is also shows that as the collector addition in step can improve the recovery of clean coal,when the dosage ratio is 5∶5,a relative higher flotation recovery is achieved than that of other addition scheme;the collecting performance of kerosence is good.
