摘要
通过用问卷调查法,数理统计法,文献综述法等研究方法,对山东省高校定向越野运动比赛进行了数据统计和调查研究。结果表明,山东省定向越野运动技术的教学训练中存在着许多的薄弱环节。在教学训练实践中,应加强学生的识图能力,越野跑能力,解决问题的能力。定向技能和奔跑能力构成了定向运动的基本技能,快速读懂地图并利用地图上的各种信息快速行进是定向越野运动的关键所在。
This paper,by adopting the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and documentation researching etc.,made the data statistics and investigation of the cross-country orienteering competition of the universities in Shandong province.The reach result indicated that there were many weak training and teaching links in this project in Shandong province.In the practice of teaching and training,it’s important to improve the student＇s abilities or skills of knowledge charts,cross-country race and problems solving.The abilities to orientate and run are the basic skills in orientation movement.And the key part in this movement is how we can decipher the maps and then reflect rapidly according to the map-information.
