在线变速箱选换档臂检测台架设计

摘要 变速箱的变速、储能、增加扭矩等作用,使它成为汽车传动系中的核心部件。选换档臂是执行选换档的重要执行机构,其好坏直接影响着变速箱选换档的性能。文中根据变速箱换档原理,设计了一种采用电、气为动力的在线变速箱选换档臂检测台架,并且着重介绍了其机械系统构成、电气控制系统与试验结果分析。其特点是结构紧凑小巧,动作灵敏可靠,操作简单,无油污,环境清洁;人机交互方便,人性化设计。自投入生产系统运行稳定。 Gearbox has variable speed, energy storage anti increase torque functions, make it beeome is one of the core components of drivetrain. Choose shift arm is the implementation of the important shift executive mechanism, and its direct impact on the performance of the gearbox. Aecording to the gearbox shifting prineiple, design a kind of using electricity and gas for power shift gearbox online arm detection test-bed. Anti mainly introduces its mechanical system strueture, electrical control system with the test result is analyzed. Its features compact structure compact, sensitive subreliabie, simple operation, no pollution environment clean; Human-computer interaction convenient, humanized design. Sinee the system runs stably into production.
