摘要
对少先队组织属性认识的深化是少先队理论研究面临的基本问题之一。少先队的组织属性问题不仅是少先队的属性是什么——这个规定性问题,而且是如何科学理解这个已有的规定——一个认识性问题。系统思维是科学理解少先队组织属性的重要视角,在系统思维的指导下,少先队既具有自组织属性,也具有他组织属性,是二者的辩证统一,因此少先队组织变革必须具有系统意识,需要从自组织与他组织两个角度来入手。辅导员处于少先队自组织和他组织的枢纽地位,需要自觉运用自组织理论推动少先队组织的变革,发现少先队组织教育中的序参量,优化工作方法。
It is one of the fundamental issues when doing the theoretical research of young pioneers to deepen the understanding of the attribute of young pioneer organization. The issue of attribute of young pioneer organization is not only a prescriptive one of what it is, but also a cognitive one of how we should understand this already existing prescription. Systematic thinking is an important angle for understanding the attribute of young pioneer organization in a scientific way. Guided by the systematic thinking, young pioneer has both the attribute of self-organization and the attribute of other-organization, thus the dialectical unity of the two. Therefore, the awareness of system must be applied to the transformation of young pioneer organization which can be carried out from the two angles of self-organization and other-organization. Counselors, the link between the self-organization and other-organization, are required to promote the transformation of young pioneer organization using the self-organization theory consciously, find out the sequence parameter of young pioneer organization education, and then optimize the working methods.
