摘要
过去二十多年的牛育种工作取得了长足进展,同时也面临着飞速发展的生物技术的严重挑战。本文将从常规育种方法的评价、数量遗传学在牛育种中的应用、计算机技术与牛的育种、遗传标记及其在牛育种中的应用、生物技术与牛的育种五个方面详细综述牛的育种进展。
The significant progress of cattle breeding and genetics had been gained in the last two decades, and meantime it also faces the serious challenge of rapid strides in bio-technology. This review will elucidate the cattle breeding progress in detail from five aspects including evaluation of conventional breeding methods, application of quantitative genetics in cattle breeding, computer technology and cattle breeding, genetic marker and its application in cattle breeding, and bio-technology in cattle breeding, which would provide references for Chinese cattle industrialization.
