摘要
目的:建立不同剂量青霉素诱导的急性癫痫大鼠模型并观察其行为和脑电图变化。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、青霉素模型Ⅰ组和青霉素模型Ⅱ组,每组8只。对照组注射生理盐水,模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别于大鼠腹腔按500万U.kg-1、700万U.kg-1注射青霉素,观察并比较大鼠行为变化和脑电图记录。结果:两个剂量青霉素组均能成功诱发大鼠癫痫,癫痫大鼠的行为以强直和阵挛为主,同时其脑电图上具有明显的痫样放电。结论:500万U.kg-1、700万U.kg-1的青霉素诱导的急性癫痫大鼠模型是一种稳定而可靠的动物模型。
Objective: Establishing animal model of acute epileptic rats induced by different doses of penicillin,and observing the behaviors and electroencephalograms.Methods: 24 SD rats were divided into three groups:the normal saline group,model group Ⅰand model group Ⅱ,with 8 rats in each group.Rats in the control group were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline,in model groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ rats were intraperitoneally injected with penicillin 5 000 000 U·kg-1 and 7 000 000 U·kg-1 respectively,and then the behaviors and electroencephalograms of the rats in model groups were observed and compared.Results: Rats with epilepsy was successfully induced by two dose penicillin groups.Tonus and clonus were major behaviors in epileptic rats with evident epileptiform discharge electroencephalogram(EEG).Conclusion: The acute epileptic rat models induced by penicillin with different doses 5000 000 U·kg-1 and 7000 000 U·kg-1 were stable and reliable.
