摘要 目的研究食管癌患者NK细胞及T淋巴细胞免疫功能检测指标,以及指标对于临床诊断与治疗的意义。方法将食管癌患者102例作为研究组采集其血样标本,将同期健康体检者102例作为对照组采采其血样标本。采取流式细胞术检测全部血样外周血T淋巴细胞表层的NK即CD56、CD8、CD4以及CD3细胞的表达。结果对照组与研究组4项免疫指标对比检验均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组中淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移者4项免疫指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论外周血T细胞的免疫检测可为食管癌患者的临床诊断及其病情发展情况提供科学依据,提高临床诊断与治疗的准确性。 Objective To investigate the detection index of NK cells and T lymphocytes,and the significance of these indicators for clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Blood samples were collected from 102 esophageal cancer patients treated in the hospital and 102 healthy subjects who participated in a medical examination in the hospital,respectively.The expressions of CD56,CD8,CD4 and CD3 were examined by flow cytometry.Results There were significant differences in the expressions of CD56,CD8,CD4 and CD3 between the study group and control group(P0.05);however,no difference was found in the expressions of these cell markers between patients with lymph node metastasis and patients without lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion Immunoassay of peripheral blood T cells in patients with esophageal cancer may provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
