摘要
本文从辨析国际体系及其相近概念出发,根据国际体系的主体、范围、以及体系内部的发展,将国际体系的转型及变革历史划分为三个阶段,指明目前正处在国际体系第三阶段的转型期,并深入分析了当前国际体系转型的具体表现及其趋势,进而理性阐释中国在新一轮国际体系转型期内的对外战略取向。
Starting from differentiating the international system and its similar concepts,on the basis of the international system＇s subject,scope,and the internal development,this paper divide the history of the international system＇s transformation and change into three phased and points out that the current international system is in its third phases of transformation.Then,this paper makes an far-reaching analysis of the specific manifestations and trends of the current international system＇s transformation and then gives a rational interpretation of China＇s external strategy orientation in the new round of the international system＇s transformation.
