PCB传送机构将PCB送到指定位置,贴片完成后再将它传送到下道工序。该设计以QUADQSP-2贴片机为平台,以GT-400-SV运动控制卡为控制核心,讨论了PCB传送机构的结构及其控制策略,并在Windows操作系统的VC++6.0开发环境下,编程实现了该机构的PCB板定位及传送功能。
The PCB transport mechanism delivered PCB to the designated position,and after the accomplishment of picking and mounting chips it delivered PCB to the next process.Taking the QUAD QSP-2 flexible mounter as the platform and GT-400-SV motion control card as the control core,this design focused on the transport mechanism's structure and the control strategy.The transport mechanism's PCB positioning and transport function were realized by programming in the VC++6.0 development environment of Windows operation system.
