摘要
目的探讨电针加艾条温和灸治疗类风性关节炎的效果。方法将60例患者随机分组,治疗组40例采用电针加艾条温和灸治疗,对照组20例采用口服雷公藤多甙片治疗。结果治疗组治疗2个疗程后统计:治愈17例(42.50%),好转21例(52.50%),总有效率为95.00%;对照组治疗2个疗程后统计:治愈8例(40.00%),好转10例(50.00%),总有效率为90.00%,两组疗效基本一致,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但从毒副作用比较看,电针加艾条温和灸组无任何毒副作用,而雷公藤多甙片组毒副作用发生率为45.00%。结论电针加艾条温和灸治疗类风湿关节炎有较好疗效并且无任何毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture and warm moxibustion treated on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group has 40 cases, the control group has 20 cases.The treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture and warm moxibustion, the control group were treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii.Results The total effective rates reached 95.00% in treatment group and the control group of 90.00%（P0.01） after 2 treatment couses, the clinical efficacy of the two groups has no significant different （P0.05）. the treatment group has no side effect, but the incidence of side effect in the control group reach to 45.00%. Conclusions The comprehensive therapy of electroacupuncture and warm moxibustion has more evidently effect on rheumatoid arthritis and no side effect.
