摘要
采用特制特型N-L组合流口和M复合电极,通过控制硅酸铝熔体的粘度来控制硅酸铝熔体的流量,实现了生产硅酸铝耐火纤维的连熔连吹,达到了延长炉龄的目的。炉龄提高5倍,生产效率提高80%,节能效果显著,极具推广应用价值。
Continual smelting and continuous converting were achieved in producing aluminum silicate refractory fiber by using special NL combined running hole and M compound electrode and by means of controlling the viscosity of aluminum silicate melt to control its flow.In this way,furnace life has prolonged by 5 times and productivity has increased by 80%.The effect of energy conservation is remarkable.So it is worth using extensively.
