摘要
为制作山羊肺脏动脉分色铸型标本,该研究选用重庆地区健康山羊作为实验动物,应用管道铸型技术中分色和分点灌注的方法,将不同颜色的20%ABS丙酮溶液分别灌注于山羊肺脏动脉的各分支血管,待填充剂硬化定型后,经过盐酸腐蚀、自来水冲洗及人工修复,制作肺动脉分色铸型标本.
Some healthy goats were chosen from Chongqing area as experiment animals with color separated and sub-way point reperfusion in pipeline casting technology,then injected 20%ABS acetone solution to the branch vessels of lung artery of the goat in different colors,after injections vulcanized,vessels being eroded by hydrochloric acid,being washed by water,being retouched,pulmonary artery molten specimen could be made.Result showed the distribution on different vascular in the same organ.
