摘要
目的:观察智能电针灸配合抗抑郁药物帕罗西汀治疗更年期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将105例患者随机分为两组,对照组(50例)予以西药帕罗西汀治疗,治疗组(55例)在对照组治疗基础上配合智能电针灸治疗。两组均连续观察6周。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.91%、78.00%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗6周后HAMD评分较治疗前明显下降,两组前后自身比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗后两组患者HAMD评分比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:智能电针配合帕罗西汀治疗更年期抑郁优于单用西药帕罗西汀。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of intelligent electric acupuncture and antidepressant drugd paroxetine for femal patients with climacteric depression. Methods：A total of 105 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The group（50 cases） to western medicine paroxeting treatment, the treatmentgroup （J5 cases ） to paroxetine and intelligence electric acupuncture treatment. Both groups continuous observation 6 weeks. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and control group 90.91% ,78.00% respectively, two group have significant difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of HAMD at the end 6 weeks was decreased obviously, Com- pared with pre - treatment interventing ,there was marked difference in both the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The scores of HAMD at the end treatment significantly diffe in both the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Intelligent cupping and paroxetine is better than paroxetine alone in the treatment of female patients with climacteric depression.
