摘要
目的:比较分析我院2009年3月与2010年3月精神科专科门诊抗抑郁药处方情况。方法:回顾性研究2009年3月与2010年3月我院精神科专科门诊抗抑郁药处方资料,对性别、年龄、抗抑郁药使用情况、联合用药情况等资料进行统计分析。结果:抗抑郁药使用人群以40岁到59岁年龄所占比例大。2009年与2010年抗抑郁药处方的诊断以抑郁症为主,其次为分裂症。2009年西酞普兰所占比例比2010年大(P<0.05),而度洛西汀和氟西汀所占比例2010年比2009年大(P<0.01、P<0.05)。2009年以西酞普兰、文拉法新、帕罗西汀所占比例较大;2010年西酞普兰、文拉法新、帕罗西汀、氟西汀、度洛西汀、舍曲林较均衡,且2010年增加了舍曲林,曲唑酮。两年中三环类用药比例均较小。2009年与2010年药物合用情况除三环类药物2010年所占比例比2009年高(P<0.05)外其他没有明显差别(P>0.05)。药物合用所占的比例两年中均大于未合用药物的比例。合用药物以苯二氮类为主,其次为抗精神病药。结论:目前抗抑郁药使用以20～59岁年人群占多数,药物方面以SSRI、SNRI等新型的抗抑郁药为主,三环类较少,合用苯二氮类药物及小剂量的三环类药物改善睡眠。
Objective：A comparative analysis on the psychiatric outpatients’ antidepressant prescription in our hospital between March 2009 and March 2010.Methods：Retrospective study on psychiatric outpatients’ antidepressant prescription information in our hospital between March 2009 and March 2010,and statistical analysis on the gender,age,antidepressant use,and combined drug use.Results： It is the largest proportion of antidepressant use among 40 and 59.Between 2009 and 2010,the main prescriptions of antidepressants are for depressed diagnosis,the following is the splitting patients.Citalopram used in 2009 is more than that used in 2010（P〈0.05）,while the proportion of duloxetine and fluoxetine used in 2010 is more than that used in 2009（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Citalopram,venlafaxine,paroxetine were used more in 2009,2010,citalopram,venlafaxine,paroxetine,fluoxetine,duloxetine,sertraline are balanced in use and sertraline,trazodone are new in this year.The tricyclic drugs are used less in Two years.There is no significant difference（P〉0.05） of drug combination in 2009 and 2010 except that tricyclic drugs used in 2010 are more than that used in 2009（P〈0.05）.The proportion of two-drug combination is greater than the proportion of the combination drug in these two years.Combination of drugs are mainly used by benzodiazepines,next are antipsychotic drugs.Conclusions： Antidepressant drugs are mainly used by the people between 20 to 59,mainly relied on SSRI,SNRI and other new antidepressants and tricyclic is less used.Combined with benzodiazepine drugs and small doses of tricyclic drugs are to improve their sleep.
