摘要
卒中,即俗称的“中风”,每年在我国有高达150万~200万新发病例,近年来已跃居成为我国第1位死亡原因。而其中急性缺血性卒中(AIS)是最常见的卒中类型,约占全部卒中的60%~80%。如何在急性缺血性卒中发生的初期做出超早期的诊断,并在治疗时间窗(3~6h)积极行溶栓治疗,挽救缺血半暗带,已成为AIS的主攻方向。
