摘要
为评估航空反潜网络化体系对作战效能的影响,从信息域和认知域角度对其进行了探索性分析。首先给出了网络化体系信息域和认知域的决策质量转换过程,并提出了3个评估指标:完整性、准确性和时效性;在分别对信息域的探测器子域、数据融合子域和通信网络子域以及认知域的决策子域和通信网络子域的完整性、准确性和时效性指标进行了分析后,最后得出了航空反潜网络化体系的信息域和认知域效能评估模型。
To evaluate the effects of air anti-submarine Network Centric Warfare system on combat outcomes,firstly decision-making quality transformation is analyzed in information domain and cognitive domain and three measures of decision-making quality,such as completeness,correctness and currency,are given and then the measure and the metric of completeness,correctness and currency are explored in sub-domain,and finally the models of evaluating the effectiveness are presented.
